401K Profit Sharing Plan

Johns Brothers employees can participate in the company’s 401K Profit Sharing Plan. Benefits under the Plan are provided through a trust fund. Johns Brothers offers its employees a variety of comprehensive health care benefit plans. Specific details of the plans will be made available to you upon submission of an application for employment. All such plans are offered to all eligible employees on a non-discriminatory basis after a mandatory ninety day waiting period.
